    I didn’t know where else to leave this information. In today’s News and Observer (10/4/2016 Raleigh, NC) there is an article about Raleigh’s Historic Oberlin Cemetery. “Oberlin Village was a once-thriving African-American community settled in 1866 by James Henry Harris, who had been educated at Oberlin College in Ohio, one of the first U.S. colleges to accept black students. Harris became chairman of the National Freemen’s Savings and Trust Co. and the Raleigh Cooperative Land and Building Assoc….”

    I saw the article about Evergreen Cemetary in the Aug/Sept. issue of Garden and Gun magazine and thought it might be of interest to your organization.
